There’s a new pet in da’ house, y’all! Say hello to Tabby! Isn’t she adorable?? FYI, she’s not mine; she belongs to big bro and his gf. They got her during the Merdeka weekend!

She loves to play, but gosh, her teeth are so sharp! Just 1 minute of playing with her will leave your arms full of scratches lol!
She also kept on wanting to play with Daisy (as seen on pic above; she wanted to play ball with Daisy lol!) but cannot lah.. she loves to bite, and she kept on wanting to bite Daisy too! We don’t want Daisy to get hurt!
And oh! Tabby just loves to lie down on the ceramic tile tile! So cute!
Will be waiting for bro to introduce Tabby to Spike.. wonder how that’s gonna be like!

I was at WC’s boss’ house for dinner party recently, and they showed this bottle of medicine drink after dinner. This is actually a ladies drink; perfect to warm-up the body. Notice the 2009 date on the bottle? You can only try this drink 10 years the written date! Furthermore, let me tell you, the cost for a bottle of this drink is NOT cheap!

Seems like March is a busy month for me, as events are happening almost each week! And last night, Wei Chuen and I attended another cool event, this time it was the Wine Tasting & Jazz Night at CUBE.
I gotta say, endless great wine with delicious food, coupled with jazz and blues music playing, equals a super cool event!
WC and I arrived there around 6.45pm to find that we will be seating with a bunch of our other friends (as seen from the name list on the pic above), right in front of the band!
We were also served a 3-course meal together with 3 different types of wines. For appetizers, we had 1) Thai Style Squid Cake & Chicken Roll (served with white wine, a Vina Maipo Sauvignon Blanc), and 2) Stir Fried Beef with Jing Sauce & Cheese Prawn (served with red wine, a Vina Maipo Cabernet Merlot).
For our main course, WC had the Secret Sauce Fish Fillet, and I had the Salt & Pepper Chicken Chop (served with another red wine, this time a Vina Maipo Carmenere Cabernet Sauvignon).
And for dessert, we were supposed to have the Lemon Cheese Cake (as per the menu), but I don’t know why, we had the butter and chocolate cake instead.. hmm..

They all played great! I’ve recorded some videos of them playing, will upload them later when my line’s not so slow!
And finally, with the organisers of the event, Canon (who introduced us the great wines), and Mei of CUBE! TQ for organising a cool event guys! We’ll be looking forward to more events like these!

As mentioned in my previous posts, I attended the Canon Seminar (so what lah I’m using Sony.. can spy rival’s seminar still mah lol..)
Had to wake up at 6am on a Sunday! So darn early! Reached the Grand Ballroom of STAR around 7.50am, and found that the area was FULL of people!

Food and drinks were served outside for those of us who aren’t fasting
But since WC and I just ate before we reached there, I hardly ate anything. But WC was excited to see chicken wings were being served! Sot! LOL!

And OMG! The editor of my fav. photography mag, Philip Chong of Digital Camera Malaysia, was there as well selling his magazines as well! Bought a few of the old copies which I had missed during the beginning of the year! Wheeee!
I just gotta say, during the photoshoot, we were all being pushed and shoved, just like paparazzi! Even my lens cap fell off a few times because some of the other photogs just pushed me to get pics of the models! It was crazy, I tell you!
Especially during this time, when both Nicole and the other model (forgot her name) posed together! All the photogs went crazy!!
Some even asked for them to kiss each other and do seductive poses! WTF!
And the photogs got closer and closer to the models, until this fella’ Henry Chin (thanks Benny for the name!) had to tell them to move back! Lucky for me I had my telephoto lens on; no need for me to get close! Teehee!
During the seminar, photographer and gues speaker Kaz Chua tried out the brand spanking new Canon 50D on Madelyne Nandu and let us all see the quality on the monitor
And printed out the photo straightaway. I like that printer! I want that printer!

Then, Mandy was supposed to go change to another outfit, but she was stuck outside with all the photogs wanting to take a photo of her as well! And what did I do? I joined in the fun!
WC and I left early, as we had to go to another place after that. But I just gotta say, this seminar was fun! If only I had known about the Sony Alpha seminar (which is to be held next month in KL) that Sham is going, I would’ve registered as well! Cuz in Sony Alpha seminars, there are freebies! But next time lah!
