I admit, I used to be the phone hogger in the house. I can be on the phone calling up old friends, new friends, and relatives for hours without getting tired. But that was before my parents showed me the phone bills at the end of each month. And they got so fed up that they told me to pay the bills for the many calls I used! Gasp!

But that was during my school days, though. Memories! Now I know better not to hog on the phone! Hehe..

To those of you who just loves to be on the phone, and just loves calling up and messaging people, then you should really check out Tabrio .

You can save a lot on international calls or global text messages by using it! The calls are crystal clear around the world each time! Especially if you use an iPhone or Safari to call!

Man.. if only they have these things back in the days.. but I’ll surely give Tabrio a try, how about you?

OMG is it really the 4th of March already?? The days had passed by so fast that it’s just friggin’ crazy!

And what d’ya know.. there’s only 5 more days left till my birthday! Hopefully my cough will be gone by then (wishful thinking, but let’s just hope that it’ll at least be slightly better)!

In other news…

Just found out that it’s in Funky Yellow colour now!

2 weeks ago, I was issued a new PB Visa Electron card in replacement of my old one. Reason? I just couldn’t remember my old pin number lah! And I’ll be using this to withdraw my moolah from Paypal from now on.

When my new card arrived, I noticed my new card number is different than the old one, so I panicked and called the customer service hotline. But luckily I was told that my moolah in my old card will be transferred to my new card. Phew!! But felt like such a newbie lah haha..

Now I gotta wait for another 2 more weeks for my new pin number to arrive. 2 weeks!! Lama bah tu! Sigh.. (more…)

No lah.. that wasn’t what the person in the other end said to me. Let me backtrack a little..
I received a phone call sometime after lunch this afternoon from an unknown number (+86…). I had thought of rejecting it, since I don’t like to pick unknown numbers’ calls, but I thought, ok I’ll pick up just this once lah.

And guess who was on the other end..

Somebody from Paypal!

I was like, “Errr.. hi, yes?”. And then the lady asked for a confirmation on whether I had made any withdrawals today (which I did), and the amount (which I told her). She also asked again where I got my payments from, so I told her lah about the blogging thingy (in summary of course). And she just said “Okay Jacquelin. That’s all. Thank you and have a nice day.”

And after hanging up, I thought, OMG, is my account being scrutinized now? I didn’t even withdraw a large amount summore! To those of you who have a Paypal account as well, you guys ever encountered this incident as well? I haven’t read anything about this before..
