Life Of A Borneo Gurl

Believe it or not, our outing to Cocoon on Saturday night was my first time being there. I’m just so used to the big spaces at BED, that I find Cocoon very small and its “dance floor” a bit pathetic. The band takes up most of the spaces, so if you still wanna dance while they’re singing, you’d be face to face with them!

The four of us had actually wanted to go to Shenanigan’s, but there were no more empty tables left (as at 10.30pm), so we’ve decided to give that place a pass.

A few minutes after we arrived and got us a table, we noticed a group of ladies (some who I know) taking up all the dance floor spaces and wearing ‘horns’ on their heads. This must be the hens night my friend was talking about, but I didn’t know who was the one getting married.

But anyways!

We had super fun that night!

We took pics after pics (some too embarrassing to be published here Lol..) and danced the night away. And our best friend for that night, Mr. Chivas Regal.

My younger bro joined us around 1.30am; he was actually at Shennys with his friends that night as well.

And can you tell whether they’re drunk or not here?

We had actually wanted to go to Razz and continue with the partying, but Dan called up while I was driving saying that he got wasted and he couldn’t drink anymore. Oh, and by the way, BF was wasted as well Lol..

So the party that night ended there.

Several of you have asked me whether the boat can be taken out to the sea. No wait, make it MOST of you! So I asked Melmon on whether we could, and he said, ya we really should cuz there’s another boat coming in and we had to move anyway.

But.. we couldn’t go until Ned comes, which he sms’ed me several times that he was on the way. And finally, around 8.30pm (I think), he arrived, running to the boat like a madman! Lol..

As soon as he came onboard, we departed Jesselton Point and off we went to Waterfront!

and I won the first round?? So embarrassing! Lol.. But woohoo! Got another pen drive! Can store more junk and bring them around now!

Some of us continued the night at BED in Waterfront. Luckily this time around the band and the dj played some R&B numbers. So THAT made all of us shake our bonbons! And my, did we all shook! I danced so much until Weichuen had to carry me to the car cuz my feet hurt so much! LOL..
