*How The Nick Caneeliea Was Born, & About The Blog*
A lot of people ask me.. “Where did the name Caneeliea come from? As far as I know, your real name is JACQ, right?”
That is true. But I was the one who created this nickname Caneeliea, and used it during the IRC days (yeah.. that long ago LOL). And up ’till now, some of my friends refer to me as Caneeliea rather than JACQ!
So I thought, why not I make Caneeliea as my trademark and open up my personal blog under this domain? And so Caneeliea.com, Life Of A Borneo Gurl was born.
And in here, not only will you get to see what’s going on in my life, you will also see some photos that I took wherever I go. Call me the online self promoter of KK if you will, because that’s what I want to do; show the world what’s going on here in Kota Kinabalu.

Have always admired my dad’s love of photography when I was young and the frequent use his film SLR, but only got the photography bug myself a couple of years ago, when I purchased my very first digital camera.
And yes, I know I still have loads to learn about photography!
