Blueberry cheesecake, by yours truly

I mentioned a couple of times here on my blog and on Twitter how much I love blueberry cheesecake, y’all remember that, right?

If you don’t, then no worries. Today’s post is about one my favourite desserts: the blueberry cheesecake! Yes, I know it’s not the perfect time to talk about diet aids, on this post, but hey, it’s blueberry cheesecake, y’all! My love!! Hehe..

Yesterday morning, when WC and I went for our grocery shopping, I don’t know what came over me, but suddenly I have this urge to bake something! And then, as I passed the baking section in Merdeka Supermarket, I straightaway put the Jell’O No Bake Cheesecake mix as well as the readymade crust into our shopping cart, without thinking twice! We then went to Consfood after that, and I bought some blueberry fillings! Yum!!

Sunday’s dessert project: blueberry cheesecake

This project is perfect for me, as it only took me 10-15 minutes to prepare! And no baking needed; just pop it into the fridge to set and cool! The only thing that I shouldn’t have used is the readymade crust; I didn’t realise there was already a crust mixture inside the box! Oh well!

2 satisfied customers! ;)

My first ever blueberry cheesecake.. so happy! Now I don’t hafta go out and buy them anymore! Yay!

That’s what I usually type in my airline SMS heading for my colleagues, btw, heh..

But.. Hola! ¿Qué tal estás?

Looks like I’ve abandoned my blog again, huh? But it’s not like I’m doing it on purpose; if you read this post, then at least you have some idea on what’s been going on with me lately. But like I said there, at least at this moment, I don’t have to worry to find a job, right? Thank gawd my part time jobs are still pouring in!

But anyhoos..

I’ve taken loads of pics; they’re just waiting to be downloaded to the computer and edited.. HOPEFULLY I can edit some tonight!

In other news.. (gosh, I sound like a newscaster for a second there, don’t I?)
