No, I’m not crying or anything. It’s the damn flu! Grrrr…

I took 2 days leave from work to settle some of my part-time work, recently but in the end, out of like a gazillion things to do, I only managed to complete one task! Only one!! So mad at myself!

I was so happy the night before my leave day that I stayed up late.. really late. And woke up with a sneezing fit the next day, plus a throat infection. I definitely got it from WC, since he just had his flu a few days before. So instead of driving here and there finishing my errands, I ended up staying in bed, watching Charmed on DVD (I’m finally on Season 8 now!) with a box of Kleenex beside me. Great.

I hate staying at home all day and do nothing. I was even too weak to work on my laptop (though I did check on emails and Twitter now and then on my handphone though). Sucks, I tell you!

Today (February 4th) is the first day of the Metal Tiger Year. WC asked me to wear red to work on this day practically everyday since last week! “We must wear red today and on CNY okay dear?” he told me this morning.

Anyone else know about this? Are you wearing red today, too? :)

I just realised that there’s exactly 10 more days til Valentine’s Day (as well as CNY)! WC saw our pic taken during VDay last year on the digital frame last night, and he got all panicked cuz he haven’t done anything yet! Lol.. But since it’s WC’s turn to plan our VDay this year, I’m not sure we’ll be celebrating this year. We’ll most probably be celebrating CNY instead..
