Being on the computer for long hours (at work AND at home) sure gives me pain here and there on the body.
Not only the eyes, but also joint pain especially on my fingers and arms.. and it doesn’t help if I ‘salah tidur’ the night before too!
Seems like Yoko-Yoko comes very handy these days for me, I’m constantly putting it on!
Why am I constantly on the computer, you ask?

Well, apart from the ‘more blogging this year’ resolution I set myself (that’s why I’m on the computer ALL time time!), I had also originally wanted to take part of the Project 365, aka take a picture and post it on the net each day. And I AM doing it actually, though not on a constant daily basis, and not on just 1 specific blog. (more like a photo on 1 blog one day, another photo on another blog the next day, etc.)
But I do want to keep my resolution on doing the ‘Mellow Yellow Monday’ and ‘Food Friday’ posts each week for this blog! It gives me a bit of a challenge in my life, don’t you think?
So to the pains and discomfort on the body, the heck with you! Hehe..
