With a lot of sad news that’s going on around the world (like the Haiti earthquake, so devastating), also found out that a family friend is now in the ICU at a local hospital here.
That person’s battling a brain cancer, has been hit with a stroke more than once, and is now almost completely paralyzed. All this happened to that person at a young age of just 23 years old.
It really breaks my heart to hear that person’s condition now; because my family have seen that person grow up before our eyes, and can see the big potential that person has. But before that person can start their life, this happens. :(
But like everyone says, everything happens for a reason, and we shouldn’t question God’s doings, right?
Right.
But things like these really make me appreciate life and my loved ones even more. Kinda feel like treating WC for a trip miami south beach hotels or something to help him relax for a few days! Ha! But since that’s too far, guess I’d better find an alternative destination around Malaysia then huh.. maybe around Chinese New Year, perhaps? Hmm…
