Hey guys! How was your Xmas weekend??

I had a clubbin’ time with friends for my weekend, and gosh, I’m surprised that some friends only noticed my short hairdo that night, after.. what, like almost 4 months now?

Finally got to check White Room, but since there was no band, we quickly left to Firefly after that, and OMG, the band there is SO, SO Good!!!! And the place was so packed, I got my feet stepped on a few times, ouch! So, so happening la that place!

Congrats to my dear cuzzie Jun for the opening of her Olumis Boutique & Cafe at Lintas! The place opens from 11am ’til 2am, so it’s a good place to yamcha with friends! ;)

I have been a VERY bad blogger lately; I’m sorry! To tell y’all the truth, I’ve been busy with my new baby! ;)

Music Monday To Where You Are

On this Christmas countdown week, us Christians should be in a joyful and celebrating mood, no?

So when I read the news about actress Brittany Murphy’s sudden death today, it made a deep impact on me, mainly because she was just so young, just a few years older than I am! She had her whole life ahead of her, what with her marriage as well as her career! And like I said before, they all should be gearing up for Christmas with all those family celebration and laughter, not in a funeral saying goodbye and being in a sad mood.

Sigh..

Her bright smile is what I remembered her most, and I enjoyed the movies that she acted in: Girl, Interrupted, Clueless, Happy Feet, Little Black Book, and Ramen Girl, and I felt that I must make a tribute to her in some sort.

So for this week’s Music Monday, I dedicate the song To Where You Are, by Josh Groban, to Brittany Murphy. RIP.

So many people left the world this 2009, it’s not even funny. Hopefully 2010 will be better..

New addition to bunny family

Yup, Daisy ‘da Bunny is now a big sister!

Say hello to Smokey!

A tiny thing, this one, and we got her on 27 November ’09. Her fur colour was what caught our attention first; it’s very grey in colour, just like a black smoke. Plus she looks so tiny and cute!

But, since she’s still very tiny, we hafta put her in Daisy’s old cage for the time being, but with both cages being placed right next to each other. We can’t risk putting them together in the same cage now and getting Smokey crushed by Daisy.

She tends to play a bit ‘rough’, that Daisy!

Yes Daisy! Mama’s talking about you! Don’t give me that innocent look!

Did I tell y’all that I’m selling off my Kancil? Actually I already got a buyer, and will be passing my dear car to the new owner sometime this week. And as usual, I am quite sad to be parting with something that has a very high sentimental value to me.. :(

Will treat the car extra special these next few days!

I’ve got 5 presents left to shop for! Last minute, last minute! I hate it! If only my family members are insurance agents too, I can easily get them life insurance leads for their pressies or something! Hehe..

WC and I did some Christmas shopping yesterday, but with the traffic jam in a lot of the malls here in KK, it turned us off, and decided to cut our shopping trip short. Lucky me to be working in a mall building itself, so I can just go down during lunchtime or even after office hours and shop ’til I drop without having to worry about parking and traffic jams!

And speaking of Christmas, I’ll be on leave starting tomorrow for the rest of this week! Wheee!

So how’s all your Christmas shopping coming along?

For me, I’m afraid that I’ll be a last-minute shopper yet again this year. So much work to do, and no time to go shopping. It’s too bad there’s no such thing as Black Friday here.. oh wait.. is there??

Anyways, I’ve already bought WC’s present last week, and I just bought another Christmas present to myself yesterday at JPJ; a plate number of my choice for my new car! Wheee!

Now all I gotta worry is getting presents for my family members before they all leave to Brunei next week!
