Jazz Night @ CUBE

So last night was another Jazz Night, featuring the SIA Jammers, held at CUBE. Don’t you guys think this backdrop is cool? Julian and Fara of Silverhand did it!

Everybody enjoying the SIA Jammers playing a number of Jazz songs. In fact, they were so popular that they were asked to stay back an extra hour to perform more songs!

To those of you who have not attended any of CUBE’s Jazz Night.. well, you should! It’s held once a month, and it’s a great place to wine, dine and listen to some jazz music!

Daisy Doing The Binky

Whenever we let Daisy to run around in the room, we notice that she just loves doing the binky! At first we thought there was something wrong with the way she hop, but then I searched online, and that’s when I found out the term binky!

She can hop and run super fast that you can hardly catch her! It’s a good alternative as compared to diet pills I’m sure, but I guess it’s good because I tend to just sit in front of the computer for hours and by the time I know it, it’s her feeding time or it’s already night time! Time can fly by so fast when you’re concentrating on the computer! So for me to play with her and run around with her is not only a good bonding time, but also a good short exercise time for me! Teehee!

Also, I love to pick her up and cuddle her, and she would lie still and just go to sleep. Even WC is jealous that I could do that easily cuz until now, he can’t seem to pick her up properly! Lol..

Saturday Night Out

After the Sony Alpha Workshop which ended at around 5:30pm on Saturday, I rushed home thinking that I need to go back and charge both my camera and external flash batteries in 2 hours.. but in the end, I thought I’d just bring the 1000D instead, since that camera hasn’t been used in a while, and the battery is still, luckily, fully charged.

WC and I had both been busy before the 10pm meeting time at DJunction that night, and by the time we arrived there, we were both spent. But surprisingly, WC was uber excited upon meeting Dan and Mel, a.k.a. Gallivanter and KadazanBonita!

Younger bro and cousin joined us as well! The photogs with external flashes, Radzie and Alvin. WC and Alus pula, normal EOS DSLR with built-in flash hehe..

We went to Blue Note later that night, thinking that we could still hear DJ Fine China spin, but when we reached there, it was almost closing time! LOL! Oh and met Jackie Miao there, too!

Met Amie there too with her baby Maya! (that’s her camera name okay!)
