A got this forwarded email regarding the WiMAX package a few times recently, and I gotta say, I’m VERY tempted to get it. I’m just so sick of Streamyx being so slow all the time!

Have any of you signed up for this WiMAX yet? I’m thinking to get either this or the DiGi Broadband..

    yea i agree with you moi..streamyx so sloooooow lately…wimax is pretty good but abit expensive….still wanna think about cutting off my streamyx line… :)

    Wow, REDTONE is expensive – it should be less than RM100 for 1.2mbps. Anyway, is there a free trial period? Try it at home first then give it back. Try both.

    Actually gotta check their backbone… if they are running TM as their backbone and dont have their own, then the slowness is the same…

    Of coz the backbone is TM. who else :) unless they take from TimeDotCom. :) Cheers..

    so far we using wimax in the office…it’s faster than streamyx…but expensive tho…

    hi..greetings from IPOH.. is this wimax really that fast? dont know whether it has come to ipoh or not… mine here is so darn slow!
