Shabu-Shabu Galore

04 Jul

I just love shabu-shabu; how about you guys??

Had dinner at SM Shabu-Shabu at Damai with the siblings last night, and I just love how you get to cook your own meal right in front of you, and straightaway eat it!

And since there were 4 of us, we of course took this opportunity and ordered a lot, since the 4 of us are such big eaters!

Shabu-shabu galore!

In case you don’t know what Shabu-Shabu is, it’s a Japanese dish consisting of raw meat (usually paper-thin slices of beef) and raw vegetables cooked by each diner at the table in a pot of hot broth. You can read more of Shabu-Shabu HERE.

Sure, after you eat, your shirt smells something like those poorly ventilated kitchen (you are the one doing the cooking after all, LOL.. ), but if you just want to take your time having your meal, then Shabu-shabu is definitely something you should try out once in a while! Go ahead; I’m sure you’ll enjoy it! :)
