The store owner from the counter greeted me "a very good day to you mate". I felt so good I bought the multi-purpose adapter. Even the way they speak is of utmost importance. I still remember until today what the proprietor of a shop in Switzerland years ago said to me: "may I be of some help?", then when she wanted me to move aside, said: "would you be so kind as to go over there?"
