Customer Service Is Always Important

Followed WC to Centrepoint last night because he needed to go buy a wallet. So we went to this shop:
And I must say, the service there really sucks! If people are willing to spend that much money on your shop, the least you guys can do is greet us with a smile and entertain to what we asked!
But noooooooooo!
The salesgirl with her “layan-tidak-layan” attitude sure pissed us off. And when WC saw nothing that he liked on display, and said he wanted to order from the catalog instead, she was like, “kadang-kadang bulih lah kita tolong order. Kadang-kadang tidak juga.” WTF? We’ve bought at least 10 items from them already, and that’s how they treat their customers?
Needless to say, they got no sale last night. Their loss.

asal tunjuk muka tida mo layan, i surely wouldn’t want to continue with the purchase anymore if i can get any other place that offers better customer service.
Agreed. Even the way they speak is of utmost importance. I still remember until today what the proprietor of a shop in Switzerland years ago said to me: “may I be of some help?”, then when she wanted me to move aside, said: “would you be so kind as to go over there?” Now, to me that’s top class!
When I was in Cairns, Australia kan, I was just checking out this store, jalan-jalan saja bah. The store owner from the counter greeted me “a very good day to you mate”.
I felt so good I bought the multi-purpose adapter.
i usually hate it when they go are in the mode of hovering all over you. i just went to this thrifty shop just now, and there was this girl eyeing me like im gonna steal their goods only. excuse me, i can afford ur ciplak stuff la. they were only rm10 and below. bleh!
one time when son was talking to me, the girl came around and i jeling at her! muahahahaha!!

edna, yes I really hate that too! And I remember I once scolded the salesperson who did that to me in quite a loud voice and said “It’s not like I”m gonna steal your cheap stuff! So annoying!” and jeling at her as well! Haha.. Jahat oh me kan.. but like I said, I hate it when they do that!
