Did you guys attend KK’s Freeze World Earth Day at Citymall last night? I’m so glad I did! ;)
I’ve actually read about this Freeze World Earth Day event from some KL bloggers. They had the KL Freeze in Unison event recently. And last night, another Freeze event was held at Sunway Pyramid, which was widely publicized (in blogs as well as radio stations).

So Edgar thought it would be nice to have one here in KK as well, in conjunction with the Freeze event at Sunway Pyramid! Clever guys!
WC is currently outstation, so I couldn’t really decide on whether to go to this event or not, but know a lot of other bloggers will be there as well, I thought, heck, I should join and blog about this cool event, too!
Me and schoolmate, Elaine, whom I haven’t seen in a LONG time!
Me and a few friends had met up with Elaine before the event started, and we convinced her to join in as well. Oh, and we also invited ezooone to come too!

And he was clever enough to bring his tripod along! The rest of us didn’t! Argh!!

The DJ was there to inform everyone about the event as well, and did a countdown!
Come 8pm, the event started!
And quite a lot of people joined in and froze!

Didn’t manage to take a lot of the pics from Ground Floor, because I spent to much time taking pics on the First Floor! :(
This is how it looked like from First Floor! They all froze for the whole 5 minutes, and quite a lot of passerby just passed by them! Some even took pics of those ‘frozen’!
When the 5 minutes ended, everybody cheered and clapped! The first KK Freeze World Earth Day done!! Whoopeeeeee!
And as usual, group pic of those who participated! (some had already left as soon as the event was over though)
As one of the self-made photographer for this event, I was very disappointed that the 5 minutes ended very fast! I spent too much time on First Floor, where I should’ve spent more time on the Ground Floor itself! Arghhhhh! But oh well. Learned my lesson. I know what to do now next year! ;)

anyways, it was great..but 5 mins taking photo is not enuff..seriously! especially when all the freezers are scattered around, i didn’t get to take everyone T_T

waa… you getting good on covering an events. i guess i can rest my camera and let other take photo of me next time. anyway, i like your first floor shot. i guess you take it with and very steady hand and slower shutter speed, the effect of movement and freeze people surprisingly creative.

waaaaaaaaaaa…this looks fun and cool..i wonder did anyone get sore muscle after that? Cos you have to hold your pose for like 5 minute! I cant imagine that guy in Picture number 11( red short) how did he hold that pose for 5 minute? Mesti Sakit belakang tu kan? LOL! and not to forget the kaki too.. :D
