These are what we had for dinner (except for the fish maw, sea cucumber, and chicken soup.. forgot to take a pic of that) all thanks to WC. Delicious, I tell you! Mom didn’t have to cook anything at all this time, and she felt very helpless in the kitchen, so she also tried to busy herself with other things lol..

Nothing much happened during the dinner, except that WC’s sister came exactly at 7pm when all of us were still running around in the kitchen trying to get everything ready. Talk about shy! So my dad whisked her outside to the living room and chat with her while we finished everything. And we managed to eat at 7.30pm! Phew..

After dinner, we all went to the living room to continue with our ‘togetherness’. But well, we weren’t actually talking to each other: I was on my notebook transferring the pics, WC’s on the PSP, my brothers were both on the computer doing I don’t know what, and only my parents and sis-in-law were watching tv.

Oh and this year, there are A LOT of fireworks as compared to previous years! Gosh.. I felt sorry for my brown doggie who’s scared of fireworks, as he hid under our water tank at the back of the house the whole night. My other doggie, he was fine with it and tried to accompany my other dog but there was no space to sit near the water tank hehe..

After we had bathed in the boiled pomelo leaves water (to buang sial) WC and I hung out outside where I saw a couple of the Chinese Sky lanterns on the sky! I didn’t noticed those last year.. so I got excited on seeing it hehe…

Anyways, Gong Xi Fa Chai, everyone! Now where’s my angpau? I’m still eligible, you know! Not married yet! LOL..

Yup! The food looks yummylicious. You know, after i read ur blog about the food must have during cny…i quickly ran to the fish market to buy some prawns…luckily still ada. Some more i was drooling to eat steamed prawns bah…that’s why…hehe

When we were small, my mom also used to buy pomelo leaves and had us bathe with it after the clock strikes midnight. But now, she never buy already. Maybe because all of us besar2 sudah and she malas mau suruh2 go bathe with the pomelo leaves.. LOL!
