Okay, this will be the last pic that I’m gonna post of my room. I’m kinda tired of blogging about it all the time lol..
The furniture came in yesterday, and last night was a busy night for me because I wanted to look for some quilt set to go for my new bed. So off we went to Parkson Grand, and I originally wanted to get some brownish coloured set, but there weren’t any that I liked. Then I saw the purple quilt set, and I just fell in love with it! And with some coaxing from WC, he let me purchase it, but not without him pening kepala of the price first lol! But so what lah, as long as the quilt set looks and feels good to sleep with, right? 
The room is still quite bare, not sure how to arrange it yet.. cuz you know, everything hafta have WC’s approval first. Can’t simply decorate it according to my taste. Guess will do that slowly.. and also looking at the pic above (with the blue light on), I think I need to change the wall colour lah. It really, really looks blue! Lol.. Oh and I gotta find some purple curtains too.. and add other decors.. so my job is not done yet.
But at least you guys have seen my room now more or less! 
Update: Oh and by the way: this is my favourite corner.

Put up some picture. Or else, find a nice jigsaw puzzle, solved it, frame it and put it up. BTW, the room looks awesome….
Lamps, throw pillows, a nice rug/carpet, check out some stuff from Ulu Ulu Gallery (Tg Aru Plaza) and the new European themed house/home store in Putatan (Rustica) they have some really wicked stuff as well.
I always like to have a solid wood drawer in my room and put some candles and photo frames for a more “personal” touch to the bedroom.

Did i already ask you whether u have feature wall in your bedroom? Well,maybe instead of changing all the walls color..why not just paint one wall with slightly different hue from ur original wall color? Perhaps, the wall where your bed is leaning can be the feature wall?
But i do love your bed set…the purple color looks so nice.

Your room looks absolutely stunnung. When I lived in the States , I took a study course for Interior design. Our teacher was always trying to get us to use our imagination to make decor ourselves rather than buy everything. One of the tricks I learned is,,, buy a blank canvas or anything you can paint on and then hang it on the wall. A strtched canvas works great , and then when finished it looks like *REAL* art. Take the 3 colors used mostly in your space , and *paint a modern masterpiece * to hang in the space.
Looking at the room, If you chose purple , grey or pale pink, and blacl…paint stripes or color blocks on a canvas it would be excellent. Good thing is , if you change decor , just paint right over the canvas with neutral paint and start over again.
if you percaya some feng shui, then do consider not facing the mirror towards the bed. it may strife relationships…

Nicely done! I always like to have my own arm chair in one corner of the room i.e. my special corner ;p So as my Xmas cum NY, cum VD, cum CNY 2006/2007 gift, hubby bought me one from Fella Design. So you can consider that if your room size is big. Oh I love beautiful duvet cover + bedsheets too… It makes the bed more inviting hehe…Ba bilik baru kena renovate surely u need a nice bedsheet sets ba kan hehe…but guys would never understand that ;p
hahaha julian. feng shui..i believe also..ya, no mirrow facing the bed and make sure toilet door is away from the bed too..
ya..your room look blue..but lawa.yap suitable for young couple. we have different taste in colour..i am much older so i like more of a natural colour..mau tua ba..some of of green ( i used to hate green so much hahaha) and earth colour

chegu carol, yea you did, but I haven’t got the chance to answer your comment yet lol.. yea am looking into it (the feature wall). As for the paint only one side of the wall, WC said he doesn’t want that.

Julian, yea we do believe in feng shui, and the mirror’s not facing the bed actually. It’s just that the angle of the pic looks like it’s facing the bed, but it’s actually facing somewhere else.
Aunty J, I want to put an arm chair or some sort in the room too, but too bad, WC’s gonna put his workstation there instead. So all 4 corners of the room is now taken. And oh I think I have an inkling on what you’re saying
deana, yup, and luckily there’s no toilet in the room. I actually don’t really like the blue lah.. What more if the blue lights are on hehe.. Earth colours look nice, actually. Green.. err.. depending on what type of green hehe..
