I’m here upstairs updating my blog! LOL! Just a quick one this time..

Yeah, we are currently having a small Christmas party at the house for some relatives. And before it actually started, I took a couple of pics our Christmas decorations at the house!

And the best of all, the many many presents!! I can’t wait till after Christmas to open them!

And I can’t wait for our family holiday in just a couple of days from today! Holiday come faster!

Okay now I’m going back to the party!

One of the perks of being my sister’s driver is that we get to eat at places that we haven’t been before (most of the time lah, since both of us are food bloggers, and we like trying out new places).

Anyway, for breakfast yesterday, we went to Kedai Kopi Melanian at the Inanam Business Centre branch.

Yummy-o! We had originally wanted to go to eat the Kampar ngiu chap, but it was closed, so that was why we went to Melanian instead.

Then it was off to the next mall that my sis wanted to check out: City Mall. Click here to check out my post on the Christmas decors there at City Mall at my other blog.

So boutique after boutique we checked out, and even I myself couldn’t help but splurge a little on clothes, much to my disappointment. Self-restraint kunun.. yea right! Lol.. and leg pain again oh! Argh! Walking too much!

I was so glad when my sis mentioned lunch time, because my leg was really killing my shopping mood. I needed to sit down really bad! So we headed over to Olde Station for our lunch.

Damn spicy lah the nasi lemak! I couldn’t finish it! My sis had no problem finishing her curry laksa though, and she claimed that it wasn’t even spicy. Hmm…

Then come nighttime, us 3 siblings went for a 3-hour karaoke session at D’Junction! No clubbing for us, which suited me fine, since my leg pain was still there..

I wanna go for a Thai massage lah! My whole body ache oh damn it..

They decorated their Christmas tree beautifully, even if it’s just a small tree!

Remember my incident the last time I was there when Wei Chuen and I ordered drinks (the ‘towel’ incident)? Well, this time, we didn’t order any towel (lol..), but we ordered margaritas instead, but after 10 minutes passed, our drinks still haven’t arrived. Then the waiter told us that they no longer have margaritas, so we ordered pina coladas in a pitcher instead.

And then another 10 minutes later came the pina colada, but in just one glass! Argh! So we asked them to take it back and give us the pina colada in a pitcher again. And more than half an hour later, our drinks finally came..

The pina colada was quite strong oh.. not good for the throat when singing! And oh yea.. my sis ordered coffee as well hmm…

We seriously stayed there for 3 hours (1 hour for one person la kira right? Lol..), and by the time we left the place, it was already almost 2am! Eeek! How time flew! So we headed to Foh Sang for some prawn mee and fried kway teow for supper!

Arrived home only around 3+am, and was so glad that the prawn mee kept me awake as my work were piling up on my computer! So I managed to complete most of them and only had some zzz around 7am. Sheesh..

Oh yea.. Wei Chuen is coming back tonight! Yeay!

To those of you who are just so free at home (or even at work ehem..) then here is a little activity for you to do.

Me, along with my family members were made into elves yesterday, and my whole family sure had a laugh looking at it (especially my nieces)! Damn funny bah!

All you guys need to do is to cut your faces and put it on top of the elf body, and just watch it dance to the Christmas song!

Sis Jewelle and I went out for almost the whole day yesterday, and I became her driver (you can read another version about our day from my sis’ blog here). Since I know that we’re gonna be enduring the traffic jam and all those people in the malls, we’ve decided to leave the house around 9.30am.

Drove her over to Wisma Merdeka to change some money, then drove her to Wawasan (only to find out it’s still empty), then drove back to Wisma Merdeka (luckily parking was still no problem by 10am). With boutiques after boutiques to check out the clothes, I myself was tempted to buy quite a few purple coloured outifits, but managed to restrain myself (as I’ve already spent a LOT this month; Wei Chuen will have a fit if he knows that I bought even more clothes!) so I only bought one dress, and one blouse.

But a few times, I was ordered by sis to become her model and try on some clothes, just to see how it would look like, and I took a shot on one of the clothing testing session:

Hehe.. mana-mana pun take pic. But I like this dress, though I didn’t buy it; too expensive for this kind of dress lah. Bought another one from another shop instead; purple coloured flowery dress like above, except that it’s strapless. Pic to be uploaded later!

Then come lunchtime, we headed over to KAC for lunch at Jalappan LOL.. It’s actually Anjappar, but another guy called it Japalan.. duh.. You should read my sis’ post on our lunch session there on her food blog here. Funny oh..

When we came in, there were hardly anybody around

Then we managed to escape the city jam, but I had to detour here and there and we managed to reach Giant Kolombong in 20 minutes to check out my favourite boutique, Amos. I received their sms a few weeks ago, informing me on the arrival of their new winter collection, so I was just dying to check it out! I love this boutique simply because they have a wide variety of purple coloured outfits!

While we were busy trying on some clothes, I heard my car plate number along with another car’s plate number was announced over the loudspeaker. I thought of ignoring it, but I was scared that my car was hit or something, so I quickly told my sis that I want to go down the parking lot to see what happened. She stayed there at the boutique. Upon reaching my car, I saw a couple of cops and a few security guards and a few group of people there beside my car. So I asked them what’s going on, and they quickly showed a wallet with the money and the IC inside. Turned out to be my sis’ wallet! OMG I was so shocked that they found it, and the security guard told me to ask my sis to quickly come down to claim the wallet. So I had to practically run back up to the boutique to call her, and we both went down to the car again. Luckily everything inside the wallet was still intact; money and all. Phew! That was such a scare to us! So we went back to Amos to continue with our shopping lol..

Anyway, after that, headed over to Maybank to do some deposits, then we headed home. My leg was in so much pain, because of an old muscle tore on my left leg. This only happens when I’m on my feet for a long time sigh.. anyway, rest up a bit, and then come dinnertime, went out with Wei Chuen to become sis’ helper again and to bring her car for a carwash.

Then dinner at Bundusan: chicken chop with grilled fish.. what a combination eh..

By the time we were done with dinner, it was already 9.30pm. So we just headed home after that, figuring that we havd already missed the caroling session at the house. But it turned out that we were just in time!

It was funny to see niece Eu dancing to the caroling; too bad I don’t have a pic of it!

Because I was so tired (I guess driving manual in the jam the whole day does that to ya) I practically fell asleep on my notebook that night. Wei Chuen had to wake me up and told me to sleep on the bed instead lol.. so no work done at all last night. Assignments are piling up! Argh!

Oh and speaking about him, he’s in KL now for a few days to attend some meetings. Busy busy guy, he is..
