First Experience Of Cooking A Steak

Hi guys! If you're new here, you should subscribe to my RSS feed. TQ for visiting! :)

Yesterday, while BF was out meeting with clients, I had the kitchen all to myself (parents in Sandakan). And BF said that he wanted to eat some steak. And on Sunday night itself, he did marinated some lamb shoulders.

Anyway, I’ve decided to give it a try and cook my very first steak.

One for me, one of BF, and one for big bro. Some garlic still on top of steak

But the end result wasn’t nice at all. I ended up burning it, especially my portion. :(

But my lemiding soup passed with flying colours lol.. yum yum!

When BF came home, he had been so nice and said the steak was good and ate all of it anyway. Aww..

Oi, you haven’t cooked your first steak yet - that was a lamb chop!

And don’t do blog entries while you cook, of course it’ll burn ;o)

Hehe.

JACQ: Hey u! First time commenting on my blog huh. ;) And hey, “steak = A slice of meat cut from the fleshy part of an animal or large fish.” Usually it’s associated with beef, (and for lamb it’s usually called lamb chops) but in actuality, the word steak can be used mostly any animal. And no I never blog while cooking lah; impossible thing to do LOL! ;)
