Say hello to my temporary best friend, Mr.Vitamin C. Am currently down with a runny nose, probably due to the rain. Urgh.. Hopefully I’ll be better by the time I leave to Brunei in 2 days!

get your vit c when you first notice that you will have running nose,after that it won’t really work- advice from friend. it works for me
