My Experience On The MV Doulos
Sunday, October 14th, 2007I’m sure everybody has heard of the Doulos ship. I myself have been wanting to go check it out ever since primary school, but never got to. Until now..

WeiChuen finally brought me to go check it out! Yeay! (Pathetic I know, but at least now I have experienced it.. and better late than never huh..)

Anyway, there were SO many people there, it’s super crazy! We only got a parking after about 10 minutes of going around and around the port area. And the line to go in was insane!! It was damn long! It felt like we were going to a concert or something sheesh..

But at least these interesting pictures kept us entertained..

After about 20 minutes of lining up (though it felt like forever), we finally could see the ship’s name. Yeay!

And we finally got to go up the ship! Yeay!

Can you see how long the line is? Crazy man..

Once on the ship, there were some sort of talk, but we didn’t listen and just went straight inside..

Took pics with the international people. Nice lah their costumes..

Kids can also have their hands painted inside

The look inside. It was very difficult to go around, as the inside was super hot, and got no fan or anything. So everyone got sweaty and sticky, yuck. WeiChuen’s shirt was soaked with sweat too cuz it was so hot.. Oh yea, and met Mr.Badak and family inside too!

Ahh our favourite section: the food recipe book section! And of course, WeiChuen bought some books from here..

Anyway, once outside, we had to take a rest to get some oxygen back into our lungs..

And was entertained by these young lads with their music..

But what pissed us off was that when we reached outside, we saw that there were no more line!! We should’ve gone later in the day argh!
Well, that’s my experience with the MV Doulos!
Fellow blogger osindak also blogged about her experience on the MV Doulos as well. You can check it out here.
