WeiChuen, aka the BF, aka the Fiance (cough) read my post about me being stressed out and wanting to go for a holiday. Unfortunately, he couldn’t just whisked me away for a holiday, but he did the next best thing: he had to wait until I finished my work for the day, then he suggested to me, “How about we go to Tanjung Aru and try out your new lens?”
I was so happy that I got ready in like 5 minutes LOL!
Anyway, after lunch, we went to 2nd beach in Tanjung Aru, and we also went into the Prince Phillip Park, with WeiChuen being my assistant. Some pics I took:
Using the wide-angle lens:
The beach is still not being properly maintained. So dirty. Too bad..
And then I saw this HUGE tree and took a pic of it.
This is the pic. You wanna know how big it is?
See how small I am standing next to it, and no the pic wasn’t superimposed LOL..
The lake is still there..
And so are couples like this above pic. Aren’t they supposed to be fasting? How come they were all hugging and drinking and eating and stuff in public? Weird..
And saw quite a lot of people went for parasailing.. nice..
Then WeiChuen complained he was hungry and wanting to eat some bugs.. apaaaa punya assistant ni..
Then we got tired from being under the sun for so long so we sat on one of the benches to cool down. And me still having the camera on my hand, asked Weichuen to camwhore with me LOL!
First we tried to act all serious and stuff..
Then tried out the black and white mode on the camera..

jacq, nice photo there i love the first one, the colour is fresh…wondering what time u were there actually to take the photo..
but if you go and edit the photo add some blurry..effects..and make some minor editing it will loook more artistic and superb..

JACQ: TQ ben. We were there around 1+pm, and it was scorching hot. Oh some effects would be cool tu kan? And about the math question thingy, lotsa ppl said that macam go back to school LOL!

love the huge tree shot..
if you can take three different position shot of you with one at the far, middle and near, you can photo shop it, imagine got three jacq in there. ^_^

just wondering what camera are u using? so clear and very wide indeed……..
JACQ: Hi angie! It’s Nikon Coolpix P5000. You can check my post about it here. But I bought telephoto lenses and wide angle lenses for the camera as well, that’s why so wide. You can check out the lenses that I bought here.

I miss the ‘old’ Tg. Aru Beach though…It’s gotten so commercialised. And what is with the kotor-ness of the beach?
