Caneeliea Dot Com

Ahhh.. love being a self-employed. I get the drive to push myself to work everyday, and yet, I get to relax and rest whenever I want to. And of course, income is MUCH better as compared to working for somebody too! Woohoo!

Anyway, I whined to BF after finding out he went to eat our favourite meal at Dream Food in CP on Monday without me. I mean, who wouldn’t after hearing him say over and over on how good the meal was, and blah blah blah. So luckily, he promised to go lunch with me the next day at the same place.

So we agreed to meet at Dream Food at 1pm. Arrived there before him, so I waited inside the restaurant first. He came a few minutes later, and we started to look at the menu.

One thing we noticed at Dream Food is that their customer service is, unfortunately very lacking as compared to other Japanese restaurants in town. They are just simply lacking of staff, and as usual, it took us quite a while to call a waitress to come over to our table and take our orders.
So what did BF do to get the waitresses attention to our table? This:

Hold one of the menu up and hoping one of waitresses would see us! He had to do that for a few minutes, though. All the waitresses weren’t looking our way. :(

Anyway, after ordering, our food came (will post the review of this place on the KKFood blog soon) and we heartily ate it. And after that, we headed on over to Starbucks in Warisan Square for some drinks, partly also because BF had to meet somebody up after that there as well.

I’m happy that he’s finally got a decent cameraphone to take pictures by himself, and no longer needing my help in taking pics. He expressed that his blogging fever is back but complained that he doesn’t have any topics to talk about. So when I checked his photo album in his phone, I found that there’s at 5 topics that he could blog about already, and boy, was he happy to hear that! LOL!
