Yeay! New Phone!

I felt so uncomfortable going about and doing my daily life without any handphone. Also, WeiChuen kept on forgetting that I don’t have a phone, and kept on calling the house phone and asking why he couldn’t get through to my handphone.. duh.
But luckily, this morning I went to Maxis Centre in Damai and asked for a sim replacement! So my beloved number is back! Yeay!
WeiChuen asked me to use his old cell phone for the time being while I go out to attend my training in Karamunsing this afternoon, and promised to bring me out to go handphone hunting tonight! Boo to old handphone, but double yeay to new handphone! Can’t wait!
And I really couldn’t decide on what brand or model to get actually, because the phobia of losing the phone is still haunting me. So in the end, I just chose a new model, but with moderate features, and the phone is the Sony Ericsson K530i.
Not a flip phone, not a slide phone, but you know what? I just love this simple lookin’ phone! It’s a new model here in town, the screen is so bright and colourful (it even has a purple theme in it, and a cool purple wallpaper too!), and it’s so light and small and slim, it’s just perfect for my small hands! WeiChuen loves it too; right after we reached home, he was the one who checked out my phone and started playing with the games inside!
Memory card wasn’t included in this phone though, so I had to fork out an extra RM150 for a 1GB M2 memory card. So now, because of this phone, I’m RM1K poorer. Sigh.. Hope I’d be able to keep this phone for a long time now..

JACQ: know what? I might be switching back to Moto. Seems like I’m not too satisfied with this phone.. hmm.. But we’ll see how it goes..

This is only RM1K? Calculating in my currency - I think I can probably afford this - I seriously need a phone change too - if I could part with my money! LOL

Not really a SE fan.. but I guess its a good choice… I heard their camera phone are quite good in terms of quality… i mean picture quality..
JACQ: yup. It’s true. I sometimes find myself lazy to take out my camera from my bag and just use this phone’s camera instead!
Sorry about your phone but since you’re a Maxis user, why didn’t you buy the mobile phones that they are offering? The only thing is that you have to switch your plan to Value 150. The phones are quite reasonably priced. Sony Ericsson K618i was only going for RM350. =)
JACQ: Yea I was told about this when I did my sim replacement in Maxis Centre. The thing is, my line is a supp line, and so far the BF doesn’t seem to be interested in changing the phone’s plan again.. but hopefully I’ll be able to change his mind soon, cuz I’m planning to buy another phone! But not SE though.. Anyway, thanks for reminding me!
