Life Of A Borneo Gurl

On Saturday morning, BF asked me what I would like to do for the day. I told him I wanna go for a food binge over at Salut again, and also to eat the coconut pudding and the ‘lokan panggang’. So he granted my wishes! Yeay!

So the 2 of us drove over to Salut for lunch, and we realised that this is where we went as well when he got his other car a few years back! How weird..

Whenever I come to Salut, I would always ask BF to order my 3 favourite dishes: steamed prawns, the lokan, and the sweet and sour crabs. With Gallivanter’s incident the last time we were here still fresh in my head, I ate those crabs slowly and carefully! Phobia already! Lol..

Some people would think that these 3 dishes (plus 2 bowls of rice each) are a bit too much for just the 2 of us, but since we were in the area, I asked BF to stop over for dessert: coconut pudding and lokan!

OMG we ate so much until we could hardly walk back to the car! LOL..
